CHEMICAL FILTER PLUS  $84.00/Monthly  **TRUE POOL CARE** 

  • Test and balance the Sanitizer and pH levels weekly
  • Test and adjust Alkalinity every three months
  • Test and adjust Cynaric Acid and Calcium Hardness every six months
  • Includes 3 lbs of pool Conditioner, 25 lbs Calcium Hardness, 9 lbs Alkalinity yearly
  • Includes adding 4 ounces Clarifier, 1 quart algaecide, 1 quart sequestering agent as needed yearly.  Some special pool chemicals are also included as needed each year
  • Empty out pump basket, skimmer baskets, energy bowl, leaf canisters, screens, lube all o-rings as needed
  • Check function of sweep and clean out bag as needed
  • Clean filter cartridge(s) every (2-4) months or as needed
  • Make seasonal changes for system timer settings (controllers can be an additional cost)
  • Includes adding 4 ounces Clarifier, 2 quarts algaecide, 2 quarts sequestering agent as needed yearly.  Some special pool chemicals are also included as needed yearly.
  • Visually inspect equipment pad for all proper functioning parts, check for leaks, record parts to be replaced/repaired and communicate cost

  • Brushing of all steps, walls and shallow end floor (OR) netting and skimming of all large debris weekly (which ever demand is needed more)

  • Vacuum pool floor as needed
  • Leaf Master pool floor as needed 
  • Detail pool weekly (Limited to 45 minutes per weekly visit)

  • Test and balance spa water chemistry weekly

**ALL SPECIALTY MAINTENANCE WILL REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE ANY WORK CAN START AND THE REMAINING 50% UPON COMPLETION.  NOS POOL & SPA INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE, DISCONTINUE OR CANCEL MAINTENANCE AT ANY TIME.  NO VINYL OR FIBERGLASS POOLS WILL BE SERVICED BY NOS POOL & SPA INC.  POOL MAINTENANCE IS COMPLETED WEEKLY AND CHARGED MONTHLY.  POOL WILL BE EVALUATED ON FIRST FREE VISIT.  POOL MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION AND WATER IN GOOD BALANCE PRIOR TO STARTING REGULAR POOL MAINTENANCE.  ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR REBALANCING AND CLEAN UP.  NO CONTRACTS.  A NEGLECTED POOL MAY REQUIRE EXTRA ATTENTION  FROM CUSTOMER AND ADDITIONAL CHEMICALS AT THE CUSTOMERS COST.  MUST HAVE WORKING AUTOMATIC TIMER.  MUST HAVE WORKING POOL SWEEP  OR CLEANER.  POOL MUST RUN A MINIMUM OF THREE HOURS DAILY.  MUST HAVE ACCESSIBLE AND LOCKING GATE.  SYSTEM RUNNING TIMES VARY POOL TO POOL AND SEASON TO SEASON. I COVER ALL COST IN MY CONTROL, ADDITIONAL COST MAY ACCUR IF BASE CHEMISTRY IS LOST DUE TO OVER FILLING, FLOODING, POOL NEGLECT OR DRAINING, REBALANCING ALL CHEMS WILL BE NEEDED.  SERVICE CAN BE CANCELED AT ANY TIME**
